Membership

The following procedures will have to be adopted before membership can be finalised.

1. The form must be completely and correctly filled in, otherwise the form will not be accepted.
2. All nominees must be nominated and seconded for membership by two (2) financial members of the club who are PERSONALLY known to them. It is the applicant's responsibility to have this done, NOT the Clubs.
3. In the case of one year membership the sum of $18.70 or $13.20,depending on your preference with the Mortality Fund, will have to be returned to the Club in person with the enclosed form, being $2.20Nomination Fee, $11.00 Yearly Subscription and $5.50 Mortality Fund (optional).
   In the case of five year membership the sum of $74.70 or $47.20, depending on your preference with the Mortality Fund, will have to be returned to the Club in person with the enclosed form, being $2.20 Nomination Fee, $45.00 five Yearly Subscription and $27.50 five year Mortality Fund (optional).
4. In the event of a person who is in receipt of a Government issued blue pension card and taking out Yearly Membership the sum of $13.20 or $7.70, depending on your preference with the Mortality Fund, will have to be returned to the Club in person with the enclosed form, being $2.20 Nomination fee, $5.50 Yearly Subscription and $5.50 Mortality Fund (optional), upon presentation of your Pension Card at time of payment.
   In the case of five year membership the sum of $52.20 or $24.70 depending on your preference with the Mortality Fund, will have to be returned to the Club in person with the enclosed form, being $2.20 Nomination fee, $22.50 five Yearly Subscription and $27.50 five year Mortality Fund (optional), upon presentation of your Pension Card at time of payment.
5. Membership of the Mortality Fund is optional and is open to any person joining the Club, provided they are under the age of sixty (60) years at the time of joining.
6. The Mortality Fund provides a payment of $400.00 upon the death of a member once the person has been a financial member for four (4) consecutive years. 
7. Persons under the age of 18 years are not eligible for Club Membership. If requested, proof of age must be shown.

Blacktown Workers Club is continuing its policy to provide facilities and services that members require. This information may be used by Blacktown Workers Club for marketing purposes. The data we collect will be handled sensitively and securely and with proper regard for privacy.

Members who do not want to receive marketing offers through the mail, on the internet or via mobile phone text messages (SMS messages) can request this on the application form or by contacting the Club on 9830 0600.

Player activity statements are available upon request.

Membership Prices/Categories

• Prices are per calendar year.
• The pensioner rate is available to any person with a Government issued blue pension card.
• Prices are GST Inclusive

Mortality Fund

The Mortality Fund is optional and is open to any person joining the club provided they are under the age of sixty (60) years at the time of joining.

How to Pay

Payment of membership has to be made IN PERSON at Blacktown Workers' Club or Blacktown Workers' Sports Club or Workers Parramatta (photo identification is required ie: Name, Present Address and Date of Birth).
